The Live & Local Community Touring Scheme helps voluntary groups to choose and promote high quality professional performances for their local community venue.
Live & Local publish a ‘Menu’ of shows for you to choose from, containing information about a wide range of high quality professional shows made especially for community venues, including performances from jazz groups, folk musicians, theatre companies, dancers, storytellers and more.
The Live & Local team can help you to choose shows to suit your venue and local audience. They also give practical help by providing tickets, posters and leaflets overprinted with your events details as well as advice on running the event and attracting an audience.
Live & Local is supported by South Staffordshire Council, Staffordshire County Council and Arts Council England.

Flicks in the Sticks
Organised by Live & Local in partnership with Arts Alive, Flicks in the Sticks uses the latest in digital technology to take films to local venues.
By working with local promoters and using existing venues and using low cost technology, Flicks in the Sticks is able to bring BIG screen films, classics and blockbusters, to those who live in rural areas where going to the cinema is less accessible.
So if you fancy a different sort of experience from Cineworld, Odeon or other multiplex, why not give it a try!
